- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 ml almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
- ½ tablespoon vegetable oil, plus extra for frying

- 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ½ tablespoon baking powder (gluten-free if needed)
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, blend together tofu, vanilla, and milk until a smooth and thick batter forms. Use an electric mixer or blender for best results.
- In a separate bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Pour the tofu mix into the dry ingredients and mix well until you have a thick, uniform batter.
